All our oils are produced in our mill thanks to the joint milling of olives and fresh ingredients of the highest quality such as citrus fruits, spices or aromatic herbs. We give you some small tips for pairing our extra virgin olive oils with traditional Italian and Sicilian dishes. The link with our territory is important. To make our oils we use only olives of selected origin together with raw materials of the highest quality. Oranges, lemons, mandarins, chilli pepper, oregano, basil, rosemary, garlic and onions, all coming from our land and used in the joint milling to make unforgettable condiments.

To make La Nostra Limonata exceptional, we used extracts from the three lemon blossoms. Grown among the most evocative panoramas of Italy, kissed by the sun and the sea. For our Mandarin we have chosen the juice of the best Sicilian mandarins. With a juicy, aromatic and sweet pulp, rich in vitamins A, B, C and various minerals, it makes our drink thirst-quenching, versatile and perfect at any time of the day.
The unmistakable aroma of our chinotto originates on the Riviera Ligure di Ponente where plants have been grown since 1500. The infusion obtained from this citrus fruit gives our drink a unique taste capable of releasing intense aromas. It is Il Nostro Chinotto, the one with the chinotto of the Slow Food Presidium of Savona. Clear color but with intense and lively caramel tones. Intense aroma of citrus and spices. The intensity is enhanced by the presence of bubbles that harmonize and refine the evocation of orange blossoms and lemon peel. Particularly balanced and full-bodied, the long persistence is accompanied by a gentle acidity that fades into sweet notes

Donnafugata's Etna Bianco 'Isolano D&G' is a white wine that tells the Mediterranean scents of eastern Sicily.
