Sicilian Specialty Oil Tasting (1)

All our oils are produced in our own mill by jointly pressing olives and fresh, premium ingredients such as citrus fruits, spices, and aromatic herbs. Here are a few tips for pairing our extra virgin olive oils with traditional Italian and Sicilian dishes. Our connection to our land is important. To make our oils, we use only select olives and the highest-quality ingredients. Oranges, lemons, mandarins, chili peppers, oregano, basil, rosemary, garlic, and onions, all sourced locally, are used in the joint pressing to create unforgettable condiments.
