The house appetizers reflect the seasonality and the territory, enhancing the products. The tasting includes 5 courses such as: robiola and anchovies, platter of mixed cold cuts with pickled oil, creamed cod with polenta, sardines in saor, etc....
Cod with stone-ground polenta from the area and its side dish. Stockfish after soaking for 5 days, cooked at low temperature for 14 hours with onion, garlic, anchovies, whole milk and oil.

Great wine of the Friulian tradition, almost a red. Vines grown with low yield per hectare. Organic and biodynamic. Also pairs well with meat, amber color.
