Aglianico del vulture, aged in steel for 6 months. Its color is bright cherry pink and on the nose it reveals hints that are absolutely noteworthy and which refer to small fresh red fruits, red roses and carnations. Malbec and Bombino Nero. Pleasantly fruity with notes of black cherry and raspberry intertwined with violet flowers, fresh in the mouth with a pleasant minerality that fades into persistent fruity notes. VOL 13%

100% Negramaro PGI 2021. It has a ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose it offers notes of cherry, currant, blueberry, and a hint of violet. Rosso Merlot PGI 2018. Aged in barrique for 8/9 months. With a consistent ruby red color, its taste is warm, dry with soft tannins and balsamic notes. The scent is very intense, at the same time fruity and reminiscent of ripe berries. VOL 14%
Appassimento Rosso Puglia PGI. Grape varieties: Primitivo, Negroamaro, Susumaniello. The grapes are dried on the vine for 15-20 days by cutting the peduncle which avoids the passage of sap. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation for 8 days with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C. Deep ruby red color. Hints of ripe fruit, strawberry and blackberry jam, surrounded by notes of cocoa and tobacco. On the palate it is full and harmonious, with an enveloping finish. ABV 14.5%
Susumaniello Salento IGT 2022. Aging in French oak barrels. Ruby with purple reflections. The nose expresses itself with fruity notes, with hints of black cherry and blueberry, with a background of mineral and balsamic notes. It is enveloping in the mouth.
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOCG 2020. Ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is intense and complex, with rich hints of red fruit and spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, fresh, with velvety tannins. Balanced and persistent. VOL 14%
Pinot Noir grape variety vinified organically. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press. Here they are carefully selected and pressed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Fermentation is followed by a few months of aging on the fine lees before the final racking. The bright ruby color and the scent reminiscent of berries. VOL 14%
Bolgheri Rosso DOC (Tuscany) brings together four grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. A red wine which, after a period of maturation in cement, spends a period of refinement in stainless steel tanks for 12 months and a short refinement in the bottle. Ruby red color with light purple reflections, the nose offers fruity notes and a spicy nuance and a balanced and harmonious taste with soft and enveloping tannins. VOL 14%
Classic Chianti comes from the union of 90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo and 5% Malvasia Nera. Aging for 12 months in oak barriques and 6 months in the bottle. To the eye it has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections, to the sense of smell it is lively and fresh, characterized by a very intense aroma of cherry and berries, sensation of vanilla, well harmonized and not intrusive. It has a good structure and velvety tannins. Persistent finish with good acidity and minerality. VOL 14%
Grape: Petit verdot. This wine takes the name of the stream that crosses the Masseria Battifarano, called "Toccaculo" because, to cross it on foot, the women raised their skirts. A wine with a full-bodied and frank character, the fruit of the land which gives strong aromas. The grapes are the result of an experimental field of ancient grapes and clones selected over a year of work. It has aromas with strong vinous components, full-bodied and discreetly tannic, with an intense and brilliant ruby red colour.

100% Primitivo grapes. Lucanian red wine with great body and structure, intense aromas of red fruit and noble spices, in the mouth it is full-bodied, warm, very soft but dry with a very light sweetness typical of the vine that only comes out in the long and persistent finish. Equipped with very fine and well-smoothed tannins, the acidity that supports it is excellent and promises to accompany it for at least 6-7 years. VOL15%
An ancient training system called "alberello" and a special vineyard where the plants are on average 50 years old. Manual harvesting of the grapes, then destemming and pressing. The maceration period lasts 15 days, followed by an alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C. The aging is in French oak barriques for 6 months.
