Sugar dosage at 3gr/l Description: very pleasant champagne, with a fruit nose and white flowers. Very fine bubbles on the palate with a fresh and clean finish.
Grapes: 50% Pinot noir, 50% Chardonnay Production area: Montagne de a Reims Vinification: Vinification in wood, malolactic fermentation not carried out with rest on the lees for over 24 months with cork stoppers. It has no dosage. Disgorgement: 2022 Description: the presence of chalk is felt, giving minerality to the Chardonnay and sapidity to the Pinot Noir. A creamy and very solid mouth heralds a very long finish in which the fruit re-emerges intact and juicy.
