A lager beer produced by the Carta Brocca brothers' Goritto Agricultural Brewery. It has light honey notes on the nose, with floral and herbaceous notes on the palate. This beer is recommended with fish dishes.
Craft beer with a light amber color and citrus and tropical fruit aromas. Light-bodied with a distinct bitter finish. We recommend pairing it with our Cicchetti, but it's also excellent with fresh seafood dishes.
Pro Vois is a Cannonau di Sardegna Riserva DOC – Nepente di Oliena from the Cantina puddu di Oliena. On the nose it offers vegetal hints of Mediterranean scrub, notes of ripe fruit and fine spiciness, together with a great structure and softness, allowing it to be combined with the most important dishes of typical Sardinian cuisine.
Müller Thurgau, Dolomiti IGT, is a white wine with floral and white fruit notes. It's a fresh and immediate wine on the palate. Its easy drinking nature makes it suitable as an aperitif or paired with delicate first courses.
Riesling is the quintessential white wine for aging. This wine requires several years of bottle aging to fully express its characteristics. Over time, the notes reminiscent of exotic fruit give way to the distinctive petroleum notes of this grape variety. On the palate, the remarkable freshness culminates in a long, savory finish.
