The "Talò" Salice Salentino is produced by San Marzano, one of Puglia's most important and renowned wineries. Its wines reflect a splendid terroir and a desire to showcase its excellence through local native grape varieties. The Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera di Brindisi vineyards are located in the San Marzano area, at an altitude of approximately 100 meters above sea level, on stony soils composed of clay and sand, resting on deep substrata of limestone. It displays a beautiful, bright ruby color with subtle garnet hues. The nose is intense, with aromas of cherry, blackberry, currant, red plum, hints of Mediterranean herbs, soft spicy nuances, and hints of salt and sea salt.

The Catalano family has been involved in viticulture for three generations. The Catalano family has been involved in viticulture for three generations. The vineyards are planted in one of the most suitable sites for producing great wines of the highest quality, the Arancio district between Gela and Butera where, among the chalk quarries at about 400 meters above sea level. With cryomaceration of the skins, use of natural yeasts and malolactic fermentation not carried out. Aged in stainless steel for 3 months, resting on the yeasts and batonnage.

Liboll Rosé, a Charmat method sparkling rosé wine, fresh and with a dry finish, made from a selection of red grapes from Salento. Liboll, as we like to call "the bubbles" in Puglia. A bright pale pink color with onion skin nuances; a fine and persistent perlage. The nose features floral notes of orange blossom and fruity notes of pink grapefruit and pomegranate; an overall fine and elegant bouquet. On the palate, it is quite full-bodied, intense, with a marked freshness and savory flavor, and a dry finish. The aftertaste envelops with sensations of Mediterranean scrub.

Ca del bosco cuvèe prestige 44 is a "champagne-sparkling" wine produced in Lombardy. Vinified in the classic method with refermentation in the bottle after an assembly of different cuvèe, of which a part is made up of reserves of CA DEL BOSCO. This Franciacorta cuvèe is a wine with 25 months aging on the lees, the nose has aromas of fragrant exotic fruit, peach, apple, citrus and almonds.

With a fine creaminess and a savory finish.
