Baglio di Serramarrocco is made from Nero d'Avola grapes harvested in the "Baglio" vineyard, measuring 4.85 hectares (11.5 acres), trained using the Bordeaux Guyot system with a planting density of 7,143 vines/ha and a yield of 95 quintals/ha (1.40 kg per vine). Vinified in steel with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days at 22-24°C, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in concrete tanks. Aged in bottle for 5 months.

The soils are sandy loam, with abundant volcanic rock. The grapes are harvested by hand during the first half of October, and the vinification process involves maceration for approximately 18 days, followed by 3 months of aging in oak barrels. Fragrant fruity and floral notes anticipate a full-bodied and elegant palate.
