Nachos are a typical dish from Mexico. The origins of the dish refer to piedras Negra, a place where the ruins of a famous Mayan city are located, the name derives from its inventor Ignacio Anaya known as the Nacho. Nachos are small triangles of fried corn tortillas stuffed with cheese and various succulent ingredients.
