Amber IPA, owes its name to the beautiful amber color. Poured, it presents a beautiful persistent white foam hat. On the nose we find citrus 2 resin, fresh exotic fruit, aromas gift of dry hopping with a mix of selected hops, finishing a sweet biscuit scent and a hint of cocoa. The bitterness is intense, thirst-quenching, and on the palate we find the fruit and a good malty sweetness. Quite dry finish, with a good aftertaste of biscuit, caramel, orange and resin.
American Lager, unfiltered bottom-fermented beer, light gold in color and opalescent in appearance. Slender body, pleasant fizziness, Bad Brewer American Lager is bitter and very fragrant thanks to the mix of selected hops, which gives it a fruity, floral, herbaceous profile on a malty base of cereal and honey. The finish returns to the fruity 2 on the herbs, and is rather dry.
Charles Quint Rouge, a Belgian top-fermented beer, with an intense dark amaranth color, good transparency and effervescence. Abundant, intense, creamy whitish foam. With a scent of red fruit malt, and a bitterish and slightly acidic taste with sweet notes. Full-bodied and well-structured, vinous with an aftertaste of licorice, coffee and port. It is an imperial beer intended for a connoisseur public.
