Gordon's today is a gin to be enjoyed while having fun. it is the perfect gin to start a Friday evening or Tuesday night in the company of friends we love sharing special moments.

Gin Smoke Bordiga was born by chance, that is, from a batch of juniper berries smoked by mistake near a charcoal pit. The Bordiga master distillers used them almost as a challenge, thus creating the only smoked gin in the world, with an unexpected and extraordinary flavour. Bordiga is a very particular distillery, specialized in rigor and respect for tradition. Its strong point are the Alpine medicinal herbs still collected by hand and dried at high altitude by mountaineers, in an uncontaminated environment. This means that the botanicals used are spontaneous, and therefore intrinsically organic. They are harvested without the aid of engines, without pesticides, fertilizers, fungicides and above all with enormous attention to the quality of the products while respecting the environment. Every production, just like in the past, is totally conditioned by the succession of seasons and variations in the climate. Once harvested, the herbs are meticulously checked by the Master Distillers who deliver only the best ones for processing.
Gin London Dry Tanqueray is a great classic of the type, famous for its dry, spicy, soft and delicate personality. It is produced from only 4 botanicals without the use of citrus fruits and is very versatile for creating famous and iconic cocktails.
TASTE A refreshing gin with a strong character and a delicious floral aroma due, among other things, to German cucumber essence and Bulgarian rose petal oil. Hendrick's gin is one of a kind in that it combines two gins distilled separately with two completely different methods and with a totally different flavor, which, before the addition of cucumber and roses, do not have much personality. But together they become much more than the sum of their parts: one is intense, oily, juniperous; the other is light, sweet and floral, but lacks deep notes; yet, when combined they produce a full spectrum of flavors. CURIOSITY In 2003 the Wall Street Journal designated it the best gin in the world. Many stories circulate about its birth, but the truth is that the manufacturer noticed a gap in the market and in 1999 released this premium gin, inspired by the habit of eating cucumber sandwiches in English gardens. The brand is managed by an American agency, but with the aim of focusing on a unique and unusual "Englishness". The Victorian-era pharmacy-style bottle bears the date 1886, but it does not refer to the gin, but to the year the William Grant distillery was founded. The distillation takes place in Scotland, in Ayrshire and the master distiller Lesley Gracie is, unusually in this sector, a woman
GIN ROKU: Let's start with the classics: juniper, lemon and orange peel, cinnamon and obviously coriander. To be able to bottle the flavor of Japan, however, Suntory has gone further and this effort to create a gin with a strong territorial imprint must be recognized. Particular botanicals were collected, a symbol of Japanese culture, seasons and tradition, at the peak of their maturation-flowering. And as in the name, there are 6: leaves and flowers of sakura, which is the Japanese cherry tree, represent spring. Two types of fine green tea such as sencha and gyokuro represent summer. Sansho pepper represents autumn and is excellent for giving freshness and minty flavors and aromas, but don't be fooled, it's not real pepper or chili pepper, but only Sichuan pepper, which has almost nothing spicy. And then we close with what is the most typical fruit of Japan, but unknown to us Italians, the yuzu, which represents and ripens in winter. Served with Fever Tree tonic
Nordés, is the first Atlantic Galician Gin, a quality gin with a different taste that brings a breath of fresh air to the world of gins currently on the market. Its fresh, aromatic but always balanced character makes it a unique gin, different from other classic gins. Perfect for enjoying life's little pleasures. Sage, bay leaves, lemon verbena, eucalyptus, peppermint, samphire, ginger, cardamom, hibiscus flowers, black tea and, of course, juniper. Each in its right measure to obtain the subtle and balanced notes that characterize the peculiar aroma of Nordés Galician gin.
Magnetic. It hypnotizes you with its cashmere pink color. Bewitching. It confuses you with its Mediterranean scents. Alchemical. It enchants you from the first sip. APPEARANCE: Engaging cashmere pink. FRAGRANCE: It is immediately reminiscent of myrtle and then moves towards notes of Mediterranean scrub, fruit and minerals. TASTE: In the mouth it is sinuous, elegant, balanced. CURIOSITY: Pigskin Pink is a gin obtained from the infusion and subsequent distillation of Mediterranean botanicals of juniper, myrtle leaves, helichrysum, sage desoleana and artemisia. After distillation, the gin is added with an infusion of hand-picked wild berries. At the end of this operation it acquires the pink color. The very intense aroma is accompanied by the delicate but decisive marine scent, with typical aromas of the Mediterranean scrub, with a prevalence of artemisia. The flavor expresses a lot of flavor, taste and finesse. Sardinia is identified in it with the presence of all the balsamic notes of the Mediterranean scrub.
GIN TANQUERAY FLOR DE SEVILLA: Cold and pungent nose with good compactness, prominent citrus fruits, juniper bursting from every pore, cardamom and cumin acting as a spicy frame. Ginger, cloves and pepper on the finish. Served with Fever Tree tonic
Gin Malfy Original is produced in Italy from different botanicals, among which citrus fruits stand out. It has a rich and pleasant character, with citric notes in evidence. On the palate it is soft, harmonious and drinkable, with a citrus aromatic profile and spicy persistence.
Colorless and transparent to the eye. The nose is dominated by a citrus profile, where it is above all the lemon that decisively hits the nostrils; then the more classic notes of juniper take over, alternating with nuances that veer towards the spicy. On the palate it has a medium intensity sip, consistent with the lemon notes already perceived on the nose; closes with a finish with good persistence.
Gin Rosa is born from the combination of Malfy's typical botanicals, including Italian juniper, with rhubarb and pink grapefruit ripened in the Sicilian sun. It releases an intense aroma of grapefruit and Mediterranean coast to the nose. The taste is fresh, juicy, with a long juniper finish.
Italian oranges, combined with a selection of ripe Sicilian blood oranges, are blended with the finest botanicals and hand-picked juniper, to create a gin with a juicy and vibrant flavour. The freshness of Malfy, in fact, is obtained thanks to the innovative vacuum distillation which, thanks to a temperature of 60°C, guarantees delicate and progressive evaporation, without altering the composition of the 9 botanicals used. Malfy Gin with orange is appreciated on a thousand occasions. Starting from the most classic of cocktails, the Gin & Tonic.
The London Dry Gin made by Martin Miller's is a distillate with fascinating features, which well embodies the true tradition of London Dry, too often interpreted in an extremely original way. Subtle aromas of spices and citrus fruits alternate on the nose, opening up to an enchanting drink, where nothing is out of place. A label that will tickle the palate of Gin enthusiasts, perfect for mixing into the most classic cocktails and drinks. Absolutely must try! This London Dry is a Gin that is made by the Martin Miller's distillery using a particular copper still, dating back to 1898 and built then by John Dore and sons. This is a type of still considered exceptional by experts, who recognize its great historical value as well as its ability to create excellent products. Its particularities lie in the greater thickness of the copper and the size of the swan's neck, fundamental elements in the vapor condensation phase. At the end of the distillation phase, the head and tail are eliminated, so as to isolate the best part, rich in those aromas that clearly identify the "botanicals" used. Another important factor in production is the very pure and clear water coming from the glaciers of Iceland. The London Dry Gin made by the Martin Miller's distillery is completely colourless, clear and crystalline in the glass. On the nose there are delicate notes of citrus fruits, enriched on the finish by a spicier note, which above all recalls pepper. In the mouth it has a subtle, elegant entry, which leverages a sip in perfect taste-olfactory balance. An ideal product to cheer up both aperitif time and after dinner, when the evening promises to be full of cocktails.
THE GIN OF THE ALPS In Cuneo, in the Occitate Valleys, Bordiga has been synonymous with spirits and liqueurs since 1888, in the middle of the Alps, where it sources all the ingredients necessary to produce exquisite quality nectars. Here things are still done out of passion, loving and respecting the times of nature, without forcing it, in the continuous search for the perfect distillate and the right combination of flavours. This Gin is produced exclusively with juniper berries from the Maritime Alps, which during distillation release unique essential oils, with a scent and flavor that cannot be found in other climatic zones. Transparent and clear, it presents incredible notes of juniper, laurel and aromatic herbs on the nose, together with aromas of wild flowers and balsamic and mentholated hints of peppermint. The taste is dry and decisive, with a winning alcoholic note but well balanced by an elegant body, with a clean and satisfying finish. On its own, smooth, I don't mind but it's a must for mixing.
A classic Dry Gin with a modern botanical twist. The hint of juniper stands out (as you would expect from a dry gin) but delicately balanced with 100% natural ingredients, including; grapefruit, ginger, orris root and tarragon.
GIN MARE: Origin, Spain. Botanicals: Bitter Orange from Valencia, Sweet Orange from Seville, Lemon from Lleida, Arbequina Olives, Italian Basil, Greek Thyme, Turkish Rosemary, Juniper Berries, Coriander, Cardamom. Served with Fever Tree tonic
MONKEY 47, THE MONKEY GIN THAT SAVES ANIMALS This Gin is produced in Germany, more precisely in the Black Forest, by Black Forest Distillers and is much appreciated by lovers of the genre, who remember it for its great taste balance, as well as for the name. 47 is the number of herbs and spices that contribute to its preparation, carefully selected and infused in the spring water coming from the distillery's own source. An important contribution is given by the cranberry, typical of the Black Forest, in addition to the refinement in particular terracotta containers, which contribute to giving an archaic and particularly spicy taste. Excellent as a base for cocktails, this Gin expresses itself perfectly even when drunk neat, just as its true admirers recommend it. Very intense amber yellow color, it amazes the nose with the multiplicity of aromas ranging from dried plum, almond, cinnamon, cardamom and even nutmeg, mint, hazelnut, in a continuous kaleidoscope of aromas, which highlight a great olfactory complexity . The gustatory impact is subtle and vertical, incredibly fine and harmonious, very complex in the gustatory balance in which all the aromas perceived by the nose return, chasing each other, towards a very long finish of blueberry and juniper. CURIOSITY The story then goes that during the renovation of Collins' hotel a small wooden box was found containing a sketch of a monkey, the words "Max The Monkey" and details of the gin's original botanicals; it's difficult not to be fascinated by it, so much so that a great entrepreneur, Alexander Stein, manager of Nokia in the USA, took over ownership and put a champion such as Christoph Keller in charge of the distillation. To the dream, to the magic, to the special relationship between man and animal, we owe a unique Gin in the world with 47 botanicals, the Monkey 47. Juniper, lavender, coriander, cardamom, liquorice, bergamot, lemongrass, almonds, walnuts, cloves , elderflower, cinnamon, ginger, hibiscus, lemon balm, dog rose, angelica, wild acacia flowers, are just some of the aromas that characterize the personality of Monkey 47, a gin so complete and complex that it is pleasant to all palates.
Fred Jerbis Gin 7 Camomilla is produced with 7 botanicals of Italian origin (juniper, orange blossom, angelica, juniper, iris fiorentia, mint and chamomile) and using 4 different extraction methods for the different botanicals (alcoholic distillation, current steam distillation , cold macerated dried plant, cold macerated fresh plant).
