Our Hereford Steak: the essence of international meat for refined palates. Carefully aged for 60 days, this steak exudes an intense, deep flavor, with hints of butter and subtle hints of hazelnut, typical of the prized natural marbling of the Hereford breed. The meat is extraordinarily tender and juicy, with a complex aroma that captivates with every bite. Sliced at least 4–5 cm thick and grilled exclusively rare to preserve all its tenderness and authentic flavor, it develops a crispy, flavorful crust that encloses a bright red, juicy center full of character. It is seasoned only with coarse salt, freshly ground black pepper, and a drizzle of Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, respecting tradition and the purity of the raw material. Upon request, it is possible to extend the cooking time, although this is not recommended, as it could alter the tenderness and natural aroma of this extraordinary cut. Minimum requirement: 1.2 kg.
