We use a blend of soft wheats designed to obtain a unique Neapolitan pizza dough. The flour is prepared according to an exclusive recipe "Rossopomodoro by Mulino Caputo" because for us quality always comes first. We carefully research and select the best varieties of tomatoes from small and large trusted producers, to enjoy the taste and aromas you find in our recipes all year round. Taste them in our dishes and enjoy their qualities and their different characteristics. The Mozzarella di Bufala campana DOP Rossopomodoro selection is produced every day by the best dairies in our region and delivered to our premises. The Mozzarella Fior di Latte Rossopomodoro selection is produced with 100% cow's milk and rennet as in the Campania tradition. An essential product for our classic pizzas. Two delicacies of our land, because for us Mozzarella is a very serious thing! For some of our more traditional dishes and pizzas, we use "Penisola Sorrentina DOP" extra virgin olive oil produced from the best olives, "Minucciola" variety, typical of the Sorrento Peninsula, and "Colline Salernitane DOP" extra virgin olive oil, derived from some native varieties of olives, such as Rotondella, Nostrale, Frantoio and Carpellese. And who said that Naples is only Pizza? First courses are a source of pride for Neapolitan cuisine: at Rossopomodoro you will find the most typical bronze-drawn shapes such as Paccheri or Scialatielli and the excellence of Pasta di Gragnano IGP.
