Fresh wine, ready to drink, born from the typicality of our territory, thanks to the union of the Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Ciliegiolo vines. Vinified exclusively in steel, it maintains its fresh pleasantness.
Made from our select Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes: the grapes are carefully harvested and vinified separately. After racking, the wine is transferred to French oak barriques, where it ages for 18–20 months. After this period, it is blended and bottled. Bottle aging continues for at least 12 months.
Harvest: the harvest usually begins in the first ten days of September. Castello di Albola once again confirms itself as a great interpreter of the great Tuscan wines and this Chianti Classico can only be a perfect example; it is produced from the vine that reigns supreme over the entire Chianti area, Sangiovese, completed by a small balance of Canaiolo. It presents itself to the eye with a ruby red coat, pervaded by light garnet nuances. The olfactory picture is broad and multifaceted, with typical aromas of violet and red fruits such as cherry, morello cherry, blackberry, which are pleasantly intertwined with spicy notes and woody puffs. There are about 100 hectares of vineyards, divided into the DOC Friuli Colli Orientali (Sdricca line) and Friuli Aquileia (Ca' Tullio line). Livorno Cinque e Cinque is the name with which traditionally is meant the typical local sandwich stuffed with the local chickpea cake ... the name derives from the fact that both the bread and the slice of chickpea cake cost 5 cents of lira to fill. Very tied to the tradition of its city, the Piccolo Birrificio Clandestino has decided to pay homage to this poor dish by creating a Belgian Strong Ale produced with 5 varieties of malt and 5 of hops. On the nose, spicy hints of honey, yellow-fleshed fruit and balsamic and herbaceous notes that come from the hops used. In the mouth it has a full malty attack, rich in notes of honey and yellow fruit, but then the drink dries quickly at the end of the stroke with a dry, very refreshing and balsamic finish.

Piccolo Birrificio Clandestino's Awanagana is a very interesting, rather atypical beer. It is an American Pale Ale, even if the brewer calls it a Eurotropical Pale Ale. The reason lies in the citrus scents of tropical fruit, typical of American hops. In reality, Awanagana is produced with European hops of German cultivation, which have the characteristic of having remarkable citrus scents. This is why she is defined as a "pretend American", just like the term awanagana coined by Alberto Sordi in the film An American in Rome. It is a fresh and light beer, very drinkable and highly appreciated by the public.
