Volcano Etna Rosé Gin is pale pink in color. The nose is intense, complex with important notes of bitter orange and wild fennel, the finish is characterized by notes of Etna Rosso pomace. In the mouth it is dry, broad and very alcoholic with a long and persistent finish.

Citrus fruits combined with jasmine create an unmistakable bouquet of aromas and release notes of freshness in the mouth. The balsamic taste of Avola Almond and Bronte Pistachio, and the peppery notes of Carruba, characterize the final taste of the gin, rounded, seductive, intriguing. Its fresh and clean taste is ideal dry, for all cocktails and for the perfect G&T! The aromas of juniper and Tonka bean stand out on the nose, which is sweet, similar to vanilla, accompanied by citrus and spicy notes. On the palate it is initially slightly bitter, with a strong but soft and still fresh flavour. Once again the notes of juniper dominate, accompanied by those of Tonka bean which give the classic taste of gin a hint of vanilla. Tonka Gin is very well suited to drinking neat. On the nose, Ginepraio is striking for its evident notes of wild juniper which emerge on all the other notes. At a later stage, the sinuous ones of the dog rose emerge. Even on the palate it is the juniper that imposes itself, which slowly combines with the notes of dog rose and the balsamic ones of helichrysum, a spontaneous plant typical of the Tyrrhenian side of Italy and Sardinia. In Saint-Marcel, a huge, centuries-old chestnut tree near the Plout Sanctuary indicates the beginning of the magical Verruc path that leads to the GREEN WATERS, "eiva verta" in the patois of Saint-Marcel. On the nose, Dol Gin is very aromatic, with notes of fresh juniper and mountain herbs accompanied by the spicy notes of ground pepper. On the palate it surprises with fruity notes balanced by the more bitter ones of the gentian root, always accompanied by a strong balsamicity and dry hints of juniper.
Z44 draws its personality from the red sap extracted from the pine cones. The balsamic notes that give the gin are fresh and intense and last on the nose and palate.
