Nikka Coffey Vodka is a vodka produced from malted barley and Turkish wheat, which undergoes cooking in order to start the saccharification process necessary for alcoholic fermentation. They are then distilled in separate batches using the traditional Column Coffey which allows for a higher quality flavor extraction than conventional vodkas. After distillation, the two liquids are combined and left to mature in stainless steel containers. the blend is finally filtered with white birch charcoal.
